Wow, another sad day in the earth 2 family. No more Baby Hoff and no more Jon. Things certainly have evolved. I did get to hear a little Baby Hoff in the background. Baby Hoff can replace you today. We don’t need to wait 12 years. We still need to have an all singing episode. One last one…

Man that rollcall of prior hosts was going in the wayback machine. Although you left off Jonboy and needed a shoutout to the kennel. While I love Solo Slurms, I think you should get another co-host, not a replacement but a new Ed McMahon. Its not like they need to last the duration or anything. You could do it American Idol style with tryouts and a vote-in. Set up a 900 phone number and you could make some cabbage on this thing.

I have to disagree with Slurmo in that I think Dark Horse should be applauded for advertising how long the story is going to be. It is truth in advertising. I really don’t think there are many people that are going to peruse Dark Horse comics that are not hip to the tricks of the game. Dark Horse is putting it out on front street instead of duping you. I think I have hit my cliche count for this post.

Went to the Blackmarker comics website and it looks cool.

Danger Club has issue #3 out but I know you guys record these like a month or two ahead of time. I like Danger Club but I do find myself having to go back to the old issues. It might go better in trade but it might just be because I am old and stupid.

I thought Extermination was fun. Tough to beat a dollar. I doubt I will continue as it will probably be pretty steep pricewise. The Abnett & Lanning Boom! book is pretty good (I think it is called All Big Naturals or something like that and no I am never letting that joke go). The FCBD book was different from the #1 issue.

I have a Cthul-hoops t-shirt which will be worn at SDCC. Hope to see everyone there.

Here is the URL mentioned for those that are lazy: http://thomasvsmonsters.com/

Great job boys. Sad to see it end.

The certain host that I omitted had made it clear that he wanted nothing to do with me or the show when he broke ties. I have no ill will or hard feelings, only respecting his wishes by not naming him. I’ve messed up in the past and actually edited out content (gasp!) and I just edited out the couple of times that he was mentioned. What’s done is done, but all the episodes featuring him remain untouched for everyone to listen to should they choose to.

The Kennel will always be home of E2P, the current “studio” is just temporary in my mind. I miss having Onions, Pirate & Loki on the show. It ain’t the same.

Jon Westhoff had a good run, over 100 episodes! DO NOT MOURN! He lives on in sound bite form…oops #spoiler!

    Sincerely Bobgar Ornelas

PS it appears that Dan is speechless since he hasn’t commented yet.

I am always putting my foot into it. You can edit out this comment and that part of my first comment. Sorry.

Keep up the good work. I still think having new co-host tryouts would be good listening. You, Wheels and Jon could sit as judges with the final vote by the fans. Think about it.

Oh, by no means will I edit your comment. It is something that I had wished to address on the show but alas it wasn’t to be. I think everyone should know what is going on behind the scenes to a certain extent. You did good Andrew, don’t sweat it. There are people that wonder what ever happened to the old hosts. The truth is sometimes you need to move on. The only constant is me! I guess we know who to blame! :) (just kidding)

No new hosts!!! I go down with the ship! Last man standing! Audio masturbation! Descent into madness week after week!

    Stay tuned Two Believer, -BObgar

Nobody stays dead in comics, he’ll be back.

I do like it when people pop back in every now and again, it’s always a pleasant surprise. I’m sure we’ll still feel their presence somehow which is what’s important.

I haven’t even finished the ep yet but I feel bad for taking so long to comment so here I am :P

Okay guys, it’s not funny anymore. Stop playin’! Jon’s really gone? Noooooooooooooooooooooooooo! :’(

We don’t joke about these things. Look at the name of the episode, it’s legit.

But he’ll be back…they always come back.
